A Community Platform for Seneca INM Students
PixelPals is a web application designed to help Interactive Media Design (INM) students stay connected beyond the campus. It creates a supportive community where students can collaborate, share resources, find short-term job opportunities, and stay updated on campus events. By addressing communication gaps and fostering peer-to-peer connections, PixelPals enhances the student experience, making collaboration and information-sharing easier and more accessible.

Challenge
INM students struggled to stay connected outside of campus, making it difficult to collaborate, share resources, and stay informed about events. Existing communication methods were unorganized, leading to missed opportunities and a lack of community engagement.
Results
PixelPals provided a seamless platform for students to connect, collaborate, and access essential resources. With features like chat, job postings, task management, and event notifications, the app helped create a stronger sense of community while improving communication and organization among students.
